Our offerings include thermography imaging, ZYTO Wellness Sessions, Energy Alignment Sessions, and Nutrition Insight, delivered through a thoughtful, client-centered approach to wellness and performance.
Each thermography imaging study includes a series of infrared thermal images and a detailed interpretation report prepared by our physician following image review for educational comparison and personal reference.
All appointments are scheduled in advance to ensure a structured, unhurried experience.

The Athlete Performance Study is commonly selected for establishing performance baselines, supporting recovery awareness, and tracking changes over time within a focused region. It provides visual insight into how the body responds to training stress, recovery cycles, and repetitive movement patterns.
This standalone assessment is commonly used by athletes and active individuals for training load awareness, recovery tracking, and observing changes associated with movement and performance demands.

The Initial ZYTO Wellness Session is a guided, 60-minute experience designed to provide general insight into personal wellness patterns.
During the session, you place your hand on a small sensor while the system generates a digital biofeedback response. Results are presented as a wellness snapshot intended to support self-reflection and personal awareness.
Following the session, your wellness specialist will briefly review your results with you and may offer general wellness-focused observations along with optional lifestyle considerations.

The Follow-Up ZYTO Wellness Session is a 45–60 minute experience designed to revisit your previous ZYTO scan and observe changes over time.
During this session, you complete a repeat biofeedback scan using the same non-invasive process. Results provide an updated wellness snapshot intended to support ongoing reflection and awareness of personal wellness patterns.
Your wellness specialist will briefly review your updated results with you and may offer general wellness-focused observations along with optional lifestyle considerations.

The 5-Day Nutrition Insight is a structured educational service designed to provide general insight into daily food choices and overall dietary patterns.
The service begins with a brief in-office session to review the process and ensure you feel comfortable with the five-day tracking period. Over the following days, you will record and submit basic food intake summaries for review.
At the conclusion of the tracking period, you will receive a written summary highlighting observed patterns along with simple, whole-food-based suggestions intended to support greater variety and balance in everyday eating.
This service may be booked on its own or in combination with a ZYTO Wellness Session for additional wellness context.
