Athlete Performance Imaging at Salt + Light Thermography utilizes physician-interpreted athlete performance thermography as a non-invasive method of observing surface thermal patterns associated with movement, training load, recovery, and physical performance.

This thermal imaging study is designed for youth athletes, recreational athletes, and active adults interested in better understanding how their body responds to training, recovery, and physical demands.

Using advanced infrared imaging technology, the body’s natural heat emissions are translated into color-coded thermal images that represent temperature distribution across muscles and soft tissue regions. These images may provide visual insight into areas of asymmetry, overuse patterns, and recovery-related thermal variation.

Each imaging study is reviewed by our physician for interpretation, and a detailed report is prepared to support baseline tracking and observation of thermal patterns related to activity, movement, and recovery.

Performance imaging may be performed on targeted regions or as part of full-body thermal imaging, depending on individual goals, sport, or areas of focus.

Because thermography does not rely on structural imaging or diagnostic evaluation, it is intended for educational and wellness awareness purposes only.

Thermography is offered for educational awareness purposes only and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. It does not replace medical care, clinical evaluation, or diagnostic imaging.
